We collect data you provide directly (name, email, company, job title), data generated through your use of our platform (usage logs, search queries, session data), and publicly available business data about companies and their employees that we process to deliver our AI Signal Agents.

We process your personal data to: (a) deliver and improve the AxonJay Self-Machine-Learning Platform™ (performance of contract); (b) send product updates and marketing communications with your consent; (c) comply with legal obligations under Belgian and EU law; and (d) pursue our legitimate interests in fraud prevention, security, and platform analytics.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with sub-processors necessary to operate the platform (cloud infrastructure, email delivery, analytics). A current list of sub-processors is available on request. We may disclose data to authorities when required by law.

Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the EEA. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure adequate protection.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for up to 3 years after termination for legal and audit purposes. Publicly sourced business data is refreshed continuously and old records are purged within 24 months of last use.

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; erase data ('right to be forgotten'); restrict or object to processing; data portability; and lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA / APD, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
